“A Hillcrest apartment complex has been sold for $4 million.
The complex at 3102-3108 First Ave. was bought by Willow Creek, LLC. from 3102 First Ave., LLC.
Built in 1954 on an 11,173 square-foot lot, the 8,765 square-foot complex has one garage and16 apartments.
They include one three-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment, one two-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment, four one-bedroom, one-bathroom apartments, and 10 studio apartments.
The seller was represented by Terry Taylor of ACI Apartments.
Representing the buyer was Jeremiah Taylor of South Coast Commercial.”
