“A San Diego apartment complex has been sold for nearly $2.2 million.

The 5,772 square-foot complex was sold by Real Asymmetry Estrella, LLC to 5502 Adelaide, LLC.

Built in 1989, the complex at 5502 Adelaide Ave. has eight apartments.

The apartments range from 600 square feet for studios to 850 square feet for two-bedroom apartments.

Benn Vogelsang of South Coast Commercial, Inc. represented the seller.
