Crystal Kennedy is a results-driven Regional Property Manager with over 15 years of experience overseeing diverse residential, commercial, and mixed-use real estate portfolios. At South Coast Commercial, she takes a proactive, strategic approach that emphasizes operational excellence, maximizing asset value, driving ROI, and enhancing both client and tenant satisfaction.

In addition to her expertise in property management, Crystal brings valuable real estate sales experience, offering a comprehensive understanding of market dynamics, investment strategy, and client relations. Her combined skill set has contributed to significant NOI growth, improved retention and occupancy rates, and the successful execution of capital improvement projects across a wide range of assets.

Prior to joining South Coast Commercial, Crystal held key leadership positions at Essex Property Trust and Cal-Prop Management, where she built a strong reputation for performance-driven leadership, data-informed decision-making, and team development.
