Apartment Complex Sold For Nearly $3.3M

“A San Diego apartment complex has been sold for nearly $3.3 million.

Built in 1986, the 13,200 square-foot complex has 23 apartments, according to CoStar, a real estate listing service.

There are 22 one-bedroom townhome apartments of 460 square feet each and one studio apartment of 450 square feet.

The buyer was AJX Homes LLC of San Diego.

The seller was the 51st Family LTD Partnership of San Jose.

Benn Vogelsang of South Coast Commercial Inc. and Curtis Gabhart of SVN Asset Advisory Group represented the buyer and seller.
