Sentre Partners Inc. of San Diego bought the 90-unit Barcelona Apartments in Bankers Hill for $15 million, according to brokerage company South Coast Commercial Inc., which represented the buyer and seller.
The seller of the property, at 326 Juniper St., was Historic Barcelona Apartments LLC, represented by South Coast’s Cody Evans. South Coast broker Josh Browar represented the buyer, recorded as Barcelona 326 Juniper LLC.
The property consists of studio and one-bedroom apartments.
