Prior to Greg joining South Coast Commercial he was a dedicated Asset Manager overseeing a $90 Millon dollar portfolio. With his extensive background in commercial real estate brokerage within the San Diego market, Greg brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our team.

Greg embarked on a career in commercial brokerage, specializing in the sale of retail and office properties. His time spent working in San Diego’s real estate market honed his negotiation skills and provided him with an intricate understanding of property values, market trends, and client needs. As an Asset Manager, Greg leveraged his expertise to optimize the performance of multifamily properties, ensuring they achieve their full potential. His strategic vision, coupled with his hands-on approach, played a pivotal role in the continued growth and success.

Greg’s journey in real estate began with his Bachelor’s degree in Commercial Real Estate, which he earned from the University of San Diego. During his time at USD, Greg focused on real estate finance, market analysis, & legal aspects, developing a deep understanding of the intricacies of the field.
