Benn Vogelsang (DRE# 01883437) is a native of California. In 2008, he graduated from the Honors Program at the University of Washington in Seattle with a double major in International Political Economy and Political Science. In college he started for 4 years on the Men’s Husky Lacrosse team and was the Vice President of his fraternity, Delta Upsilon. From 2007-2009, Benn owned and managed a franchise with College Pro Painters where he operated one of the most successful franchises in North America with regard to sales produced and customer satisfaction. Benn’s family has owned multi-family and industrial commercial real estate assets in California for almost 70 years as well as owned and operated several family businesses ranging from construction to retail.
In nearly 9 years in business, Benn successfully closed over 180 escrows totaling over $350,000,000 in apartment transactions, representing both buyers and sellers. He has not only worked with private investors but also with the city and institutional groups as well.
Benn received South Coast Commercial’s Rookie of theYearAward for 2010 and South Coast Commercial’s Top ProducerAwards for 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016 and 2017. Benn was also designated as one of the National 30 Under 30by REALTOR Magazine in 2016.
