Three El Cajon apartment complexes have been sold in a single transaction for a combined price $12.8 million.
Sorrento San Co., Inc. of La Mesa sold the property to a private investor from San Clemente who was not identified by brokers handling the sale.
The complexes at 948 and 966 S. Sunshine Ave. and 1113 Greenfield Drive have 66 apartments.
The apartments range from 600 square feet for eight one-bedroom units to 900 square feet for 58 two-bedroom units.
Ben Vogelsang and Brendan Flynn of South Coast Commercial, Inc. represented the buyer and seller.
