Jennifer Dawson
Jennifer is a licensed Realtor® who oversees the Financial and Accounting affairs at South Coast Commercial. Her background includes 15+ years of Real Estate Investment & Trust asset management.
Prior to moving to San Diego in 2001, Jennifer built her Accounting career in Silicon Valley in the Sports & Entertainment industry, advancing to the NFL & NBA Entertainment Division as the Controller for the San Francisco 49ers, San Diego Chargers and Los Angeles Lakers. This role involved managing budgets
and payroll for Half Time shows, Pro Bowls & Real Estate/venues for high-end clientele & private events.
She started her Real Estate career in San Diego at Century 21 Award in 2003, representing clients in purchases and sales from Carlsbad to Otay Mesa. She takes great pride in having participated in a non-profit organization whose mission was to acquire, develop and rehabilitate low-income housing and afterschool programs for San Diego communities. After a few years in Sales, she moved to a private firm managing multiple portfolios of investment Trust accounts for 10 years until the company dissolved.
Since then, she’s found a home at South Coast Commercial in the Financial/Accounting departmentwhere she enjoys working alongside of some of the best in the industry. Jennifer prescribes to the “can do” attitude, takes pride in her work and never compromises integrity.
In her free time, she enjoys Arts & Crafts and watching Lacrosse.
