“A Spring Valley apartment complex has been sold for $5 million.

Cazador Troy Street LLC of Del Mar bought the complex at 8707 Troy St. from Socal Apartments Group 30 LLC of Alpine.

The complex has 28 two-bedroom apartments or about 825 square feet each.

Benn Vogelsang of South Coast Commercial, inc. represented the buyer.

Jeff Castellaw of San Diego Apartment Brokers represented the seller.”
